Job Description

Provide high-quality tax advice to clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. Manage a portfolio of local private tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals and agricultural clients. Lead and develop a dynamic team within the tax department. Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of tax returns. Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation and external legal practices to deliver integrated services. Nurture and build strong, long-term client relationships. Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on clients. Contribute to business development activities, attracting new clients to the firm.

Strong technical knowledge in tax advisory services and compliance. Skills & Competencies: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and nurturing client relationships. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in identifying and developing innovative solutions to client challenges. Experience with trust tax advisory is a significant advantage.
