Provide legal guidance to the CEO and other executive members on all relevant issues.
Manage the legal aspects of transactions and advise on legal rights and obligations.
Oversee the work of outside counsel engaged for specific legal issues.
Job Requirements :
Proven experience as a CLO or similar role in a law firm or legal department.
Strong understanding of statutes, rules, and regulations pertaining to the business.
Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
