Currently the Owner and Founder of Just Geoff Ltd, a leadership and management consulting firm. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of a European company for 19 years and held key executive roles at a US and a UK firm. He holds a B.E.C. Diploma & General Certificate in Business Education from Newcastle University.
