Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal advice on corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, restructures, and corporate governance.
Draft and negotiate corporate documents, contracts, and agreements.
Manage and coordinate large-scale corporate deals from inception to completion.
Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver strategic legal solutions.
Assist with business development and relationship management with existing and potential clients.
Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and trainees.
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualified solicitor with a strong background in corporate law (5+ years PQE).
Experience in M&A, private equity, and corporate governance.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to handle complex legal and business matters.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
